Should I take pictures at the scene of my accident?
Transcript
One hundred percent, you should take pictures at the scene of an accident, that is very important. First off, you don’t know if the investigating officer is gonna take pictures. We get reports in all the time where parties were injured in catastrophic accidents where no pictures were taken. Therefore, the vehicles change, vehicles get salvaged, they go away. It’s very, very important to take current pictures immediately following the accident to document the damage that was done or if there’s any physical evidence left on the roadway that you take those pictures so that you have those. And so, those don’t go away. Because evidence gets destroyed, evidence gets lost. And so, it’s very, very important to have documentary evidence to a photograph of what occurred that evening or that that morning or that day. And so, again it’s very important to take photographs. Again, if you’re involved in an accident. Please give myself here at Bailey Javins & Carter a call and we will go out investigate that claim for you immediately.
