Contact Bailey, Javins & Carter, L.C. to see if you qualify for the Takata air bag lawsuit. You do not have to have been in a wreck to qualify for this lawsuit but you must currently own one of the cars named below.

Please contact even if you have not yet received a recall notice!

NEWS UPDATE NOVEMBER 2014: Former workers at Takata Corporation reportedly tested airbags that showed a dangerous flaw. The secret tests were performed after normal work hours during the summer of 2004 at Takata’s American headquarters in Auburn Hills, Michigan, according to reports in the
New York Times.

“The result was so startling that engineers began designing possible fixes in preparation for a recall,” the

New York Times reports
. “But instead of alerting federal safety regulators to the possible danger, Takata executives [allegedly] discounted the results and ordered the lab technicians to delete the testing data from their computers.”

The massive recall of cars equipped with Takata airbags may affect more than 7 million vehicles, some of which may have been on the road for 10 years or more.

The attorneys at Bailey Javins & Carter are currently representing plaintiffs in a potential lawsuit related to the recall. According to news sources, the manufacturer knew for years that the Takata air bags could pose a serious health risk to drivers, but chose not to take action until now.

If you own one of the following vehicles, the attorneys at Bailey, Javins & Carter, L.C. want to talk to you. Please contact us immediately at
