The first thing you need to do is contact law enforcement, if law enforcement was not there or some type of agency that would be, that would have a duty to investigate the accident if it was on private property or something like that. But that’s the first thing you need to do. Second thing you need to do, would be to call our office here so that we can get out and assist you immediately. Time is of the essence here, if you don’t know who caused your accident. You are gonna need someone to come out go out to that site and do a reconstruction or some type of technical investigation to see if there’s any evidence left at the site or at the scene to where liability fault can be determined.
