How does a motorcycle accident differ from another type of accident?
Transcript
And I think the easiest way to answer that is say, it’s not, it’s not different. For some reason motorcyclists are treated, I believe, unfairly. An accident occurs and for some reason, maybe the first thought is well, that’s what you get for riding a motorcycle. Well you know what, the rules of the road apply to tractor trailers, they apply to cars, trucks, and they apply to motorcycles. And it doesn’t matter if you’re on a motorcycle. If the person that wrecked or injured you broke the rules of the road they’re responsible. And what we pride ourselves on is we really don’t have a problem passionately looking a jury in the eye and an insurance company in the eye and saying, you know what, that doesn’t fly. The rules of the road apply and as a result of this person not minding those rules or breaking those rules, I have an individual who did nothing wrong other than decide to go out and enjoy the open road on a motorcycle. Minding their own business. And they didn’t deserve to be hurt this way. So if you’ve been on in a motorcycle wreck. And you want to know what your rights are call Bailey Javins & Carter.
