One of the things that you need to do is to get your, if your definitely if your’re not at fault for the accident is you need to get your story to that officer as soon as possible, in my opinion. So that he can record that, record you, take down notes, whatever he may do, you need to get your explanation out there first especially when you’re not at fault for that accident. It’s very, very important that you do so. So the other side doesn’t jump on the case, the other party that was involved in the accident and try to twist maybe what occurred.
