Linda Garrett has represented injured workers for 31 years, primarily in Workers’ Compensation and personal injury claims. She was a Bar Foundation Fellow in 2009. She is a member of the WV State Bar & WV AAJ. A former member of the House of Delegates & former elected prosecuting attorney for Webster County, WV. Linda Garrett has dedicated her career to representing injured workers.
