To our valued clients:
The coronavirus outbreak has affected all of us in ways we could not have imagined. Consistent with the advice of health experts, Bailey Javins and Carter has closed its physical office to safeguard the health of our employees and to help prevent the spread of the virus. While the physical office is closed, we have made arrangements so all of our employees can work remotely from home. All Bailey Javins and Carter attorneys and staff have access to all files and can easily communicate by e-mail. Our goal is to thoughtfully respond to the health situation and still effectively work on our clients’ cases. Naturally, some work cannot move forward immediately. Courts have closed and meeting in person for deposition testimony has been postponed. This will cause some delay in the prosecution of cases. Nevertheless, we will use the time effectively to work on other aspects of our clients’ cases and be more than ready to open our doors again when normal operations return. In the meantime you can most effectively communicate with us by e-mail. If you need to call – feel free. Our phones are being forward to a staff member that is willing to help you in any way possible or get your message to an attorney or paralegal ASAP.
We are hopeful that you are all well and wish you all safe passage through this difficult time.
