The coronavirus outbreak has affected all of us in ways we could not have imagined. Consistent with the advice of health experts, Bailey Javins and Carter has closed its physical office to safeguard the health of our employees and to help prevent the spread of the virus. While the physical office is closed, we have made arrangements so all of our employees can work remotely from home. Courts have closed and meeting in person for deposition testimony has been postponed. This will cause some delay in the prosecution of cases.
